Answer :                    The most common reasons are:

Background checks.

Whether you’re hiring a new employee, entering into a business partnership, or starting a new relationship, it’s important to know who you’re dealing with. A private investigator can help you complete a thorough background check to ensure that the person or organization you are dealing with is reputable and trustworthy.

● Infidelity investigation.

Suspecting that your spouse or partner is cheating on you can be a devastating experience.

● Child custody investigation.

If you are going through a divorce or separation and fighting for custody of your children, a private investigator can provide you with valuable evidence to support your case. They can help you report neglect, abuse or other issues that may affect your children’s well-being.

Question: Being a member of a well-known international organization, what principles and legislation is your agency guided by?

Answer:  The principles are common to members in all parts of the world. A little while ago we discussed the main ones: confidentiality, high morals, honesty, ability to cooperate, acceptance of opinions of professionals for the success of the case. It should be noted that office employees cannot work in other institutions at the same time, but cooperation is encouraged; the most important condition is not to have former convictions and to be a bearer of human and universal values. As for the legislation, it is currently undergoing multifaceted development and polishing.

Question: Is it possible to say that we have a Sherlock Holmes office in Armenia and that have you adopted his work style?

Answer :  Of course, no. The work of our office is carried out based on the positive experience of another well-known organization. Perhaps you have heard about the American organization Pinkerton National Detective Agency. Pinkerton is a private security guard and detective agency founded in the United States in the 1850s by Scottish-American cooper Alan Pinkerton and Chicago attorney Edward Rucker as the Northwest Police Agency which later became Pinkerton & Co and eventually formed the basis of the Pinkerton National Detective Agency which later became a solid foundation for the creation of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

Question: In fact, one can have extremely serious expectations. Is there another such office in the Caucasus region?

Answer:   It can be said that we serve the entire Caucasus and Central Asia as a member of the World Association of Detectives. We already have a lot of work experience with our American and Western partners. We are actively collaborating. Don’t get it wrong, we are not just a middleman, we conduct  serious investigations and collect facts and provide them to our foreign partners.

Question: Being the only one in the region, is it possible that you also cooperate with countries with which RA does not have diplomatic relations?

Answer :  Definitely no. We work with detective offices and individual detectives registered in around 160 countries. These are the countries that have diplomatic relations with the Republic of Armenia.

Question: You are carrying out an extremely complex, responsible labor and time-consuming activity. Do your work and preoccupation with work issues affect your relationship with your family? After all, your mind may be occupied by work issues all the time.

Answer: Do you know what is important? Our profession requires not only dedicated and vigilant work, but also high consciousness and responsibility towards the family itself. I don’t take my work home with me after work. Of course, there may be cases, like an urgent call from another country, or an urgent meeting at a late hour. My family recognizes and respects my personal and professional space in such cases.

Question: Do you often have to investigate cases related to corruption?

Answer: Yes, it can be said that it is the most important part of our work. We do it responsibly. The main part of our work is also related to the field of economic crimes, not at the level of the country but at the global level. Close international cooperation is placed on the highest positions. We often use our experience to support our partners in the fight against fraud, money laundering, the distribution of psychotropic substances and narcotics…

Question: I see you are doing a great job. Do you mean to prepare personnel to whom you will transfer your achievements and experience?

Answer: Yes. It will be possible within the framework of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs Educational Complex, but the priority for this is the regulation of the legislative field, after that there are many programs that we intend to implement.

Question: Thank you for an interesting and valuable conversation, and what would you add?

Answer:   I am grateful for the interesting questions, too. I will only add that our work requires certain features: high moral qualities, integrity, objectivity, not pursuing one’s own interests, being free from deception.

People involved in our work, regardless of country and region, are all connected by selfless dedication to the cause. Being dishonest once means that the person is dishonest and has no place in our system. This person will lose access to our system worldwide, forever.

Do you see the device in front of you? Designed and created by me, it protects against illegal recordings…

I thought, why to buy or order, if in terms of safety it is possible to create similar devices with the involvement of our Armenian scientific potential. … Well, if you do something, then only with the highest responsibility and dedication.

You just love your work, and love motivates you to adopt a creative approach at work.
