Gabrielyan & Partners Detective Bureau has been operating in the Republic of Armenia for three years now. Founded in 2021, the Bureau is the first and only organisation engaged in detective work in the Republic of Armenia.
Gabrielyan & Partners Detective Bureau is a member of the World Association of Detectives and coordinates the Association’s work in the South Caucasus and Central Asia. The Bureau provides the services listed below not only in Armenia but also in some 160 member and partner countries of the Association.
Gabrielyan & Partners Detective Bureau conducts investigations exclusively through OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) — intelligence methods based on open, publicly available sources — in line with the requirements of Armenia’s Law on Personal Data Protection.
Today OSINT technologies are used to solve both commercial and state-level problems.
The main advantage of OSINT — using information gathered from open, public sources — is that the information obtained can later be legalised, because everything collected is available in the boundless space of the internet.
The key is finding that information. The Bureau can find it because, as a member of the World Association of Detectives, it has access to many information systems.
